I'm taking a quick 30min detour from my weekend projects to do an analysis on one of my favourite #architecture projects by #TadaoAndo, and use #Figma to render its plan drawing. I loved this project since my university days(20 years ago!) as an architecture student, so I thought, this would be fun!
I started using Figma in earnest, since the pandemic lock-downs began, to foster class participation and team collaboration; it still remains very relevant even as we start in-person sessions again. Though the collaborative features were the main draw, Figma also does have very useful, very well-designed illustration and UI prototyping tools. Anyone new to the tool, or even to vector illustration, will be able to pick it up quickly.
